How do I place an order?
Browse our available products, add your selected items to your cart, and proceed through checkout. Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Ionise Research currently accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout. Available payment options may change as additional payment services become available.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure payment providers using industry-standard encryption to help protect your personal and payment information.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not entered the fulfillment process, we will do our best to accommodate requested changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled before they enter the fulfillment process. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Customers may place orders without creating an account unless otherwise specified. Creating an account may provide additional features such as order history and faster checkout in the future.
