What is a backordered item?

A backordered item is a product that is temporarily unavailable due to inventory shortages or supplier production schedules. Although the item is currently out of stock, it is expected to become available for shipment.

How long do backorders take?

Backordered products may require up to three (3) weeks before shipment, depending on supplier availability and production schedules.

Many backordered items are fulfilled sooner; however, estimated shipping times cannot be guaranteed.

Will I be notified if an item is backordered?

Yes. If your order contains a backordered item or if a significant shipping delay is anticipated, we will notify you using the contact information provided during checkout.

Will my order ship together?

Orders containing both in-stock and backordered products may be held and shipped together once all items become available unless otherwise requested.

Can I request a partial shipment?

If you would like available products shipped before a backordered item becomes available, please contact our support team before your order is processed. Additional shipping charges may apply.

What happens if my backorder exceeds four (4) weeks?

While most backordered products are fulfilled within three (3) weeks, unexpected supplier delays may occasionally occur.

If we are unable to fulfill a backordered item within four (4) weeks, Ionise Research will contact you to discuss available options. Depending on the circumstances, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

⭐⭐Backorder estimates are based on information provided by our suppliers and are subject to change without notice.⭐⭐
